This will include the implementation of pipelines for the analysis of genomic and metagenomic data, the use of statistical and modelling methods to explore specific adaptations, the application of advanced data visualization techniques, and the dissemination of research results through written manuscripts and oral presentations. You will also be tasked with the documentation and publication of methodologies and data provenance in adherence to the principles of Open Science.
Your competencies
A master degree in biology, microbiology, ecology, environmental sciences, or related fields, or demonstrably comparable experience in these fields is required. Excellent oral and written English language skills are a requirement. The successful applicant is expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards in scientific research, and is expected to familiarize themselves with the principles of Open Science, responsible research conduct, and reproducible scientific reporting.
