Procurement Assistant

ProCon Wind Energy is a rapidly growing player in the renewables industry, focusing on onshore and offshore wind activities globally. We are currently seeking a structured and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to become part of our dedicated team.

Your Role
As our Procurement Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our global procurement activities and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, our Technical Support Team, Project Managers, Site Managers and colleagues in Taiwan to ensure efficient supply chain operations across our projects around the world.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of materials, tools, and services
  • Maintain and update purchase orders in our system
  • Follow up on deliveries and supplier communication
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures
  • Contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives and assist in supplier evaluations
  • Ad hoc tasks

 

Your Profile:

·       Must be experienced within operational procurement

·       Strong coordinating and communication skills, with a natural ability to create structure, maintain overview and align across stakeholders

·       A responsible and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks with focus and care

·       Flexible and adaptable - you remain calm and effective when priorities shift

·       Fluent in English, both written and spoken

·       Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

·       A positive and optimistic team player who contributes to a good atmosphere and collaboration
