The Role of Sourcing & Procurement Specialist
As a Sourcing & Procurement specialist, you will:
Manage sourcing activities (strategic and tactical).
Negotiate framework agreements, pricing structures, and commercial terms.
Drive cost optimization and savings initiatives as defined in the Annual Plan.
Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure quality, compliance and performance.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Logistics and internal stakeholders to optimize supplier performance and material availability.
Ensure sourcing strategies align with business needs and deliver measurable results.
Support supplier qualification and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and EU legislation.
Handle technical specification for raw materials, including tolerances and SDS requirements.
Contribute to ESG and CO₂ emission reporting and promote strong Health & Safety mindset.
We Are looking For Someone Who:
Brings solid experience in sourcing and supplier management – both strategic and operational.
Possesses strong negotiation skills and an analytical mindset.
Ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance.
Is proactive, structured and able to manage multiple priorities.
Communicates effectively and thrives in a global mindset.
A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business is a plus, but not a requirement.
