Your position
As our new Office Assistant, you will join a dedicated team focused on ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. Your role is key in supporting both office operations and the on-site construction team, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Your workplace will be on-site at our office, where you'll enjoy a diverse workday filled with meaningful tasks and interactions. The position is full-time, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:00 (14:30 on Fridays).

Your tasks & responsibilities
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the office is tidy and maintaining coffee machines.
- Greeting and guiding guests, managing visitor access cards.
- Procuring tools, equipment, and office supplies.
- Printing, laminating, and managing various documents.
- Updating visual communication boards and photo directories.
- Preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and assisting with PowerPoint and Excel tasks.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks both in the office and on the construction site.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a flexible and resourceful individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You are detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at multitasking.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license (required).
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- A proactive and service-minded approach to work.
- The ability to adapt to diverse tasks, both indoors and outdoors.
