About the position:
The position is in the Aftersales department and is about servicing the Aftersales market by sourcing and selling spare parts. As part of your job, you will
- Monitor the Aftersales generic e-mail and answer customer requests.
- Build relationships with our suppliers and customers all around the world.
- Collaborate closely with our rental and equipment department and our internal customers.
- Have your customer portfolio and budget over time, and manage key customers for the Aftersales department directly.
- Be situated in the facilities connected to the warehouse, be willing to join in warehouse activities, learn about products and business operations, and help when necessary.
Within the first year in this position, you will gain a broad international sales introduction and learning experience within:
- Sales and Purchasing
- Supply Chain and Business Understanding
- Logistics and Order Bookings
- IT systems like ERP and CRM
- Technical Learning within Medical Imaging Equipment.
Travel activity in connection with the job may occur for customer visits or exhibitions.
About you:
The position offers a unique blend of sales, negotiation, and operational tasks, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals with a broad commercial background. You can check off the following:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a commercial discipline or similar experience.
- Relevant experience in sales, purchasing, or related fields from student jobs, etc..
- Proficiency in English at a negotiation level; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Solid business understanding, including negotiation and sales mechanisms, logistics, and incoterms, as well as knowledge of ERP and CRM.
- A good amount of analytic skills towards finding the right solution.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment, constantly going between office and warehouse.
- Structured and meticulous, with the ability to oversee processes comprehensively.
- Strong communication skills both by phone and physically.
- You have a sharp commercial mind and outlook; you look for patterns in your work and try to evolve your relationship for potential business growth.
- Finds it attractive to learn about technical products.
