About the job
As a Business Development Manager specializing in finance at Liftra you will primarily manage external opportunities as well as some internal activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring continued strategic growth for Liftra and involves opportunities such as executing joint ventures, engaging with financial partners to secure funding for new initiatives, and structuring new market entries.
Your primary tasks
- Conduct financial modeling and investment analyses to evaluate new investment opportunities with Liftra’s executive team.
- Evaluate and execute business partnership opportunities such as strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Assessing the firm’s funding needs and capital structure.
- Engage with debt and equity providers to enable continued business growth.
- Prepare and present business cases and reports to executive management.
- Collaborate with Liftra’s Finance department and executive team to develop high-quality forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Manage existing business development relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Undertake project management responsibilities to ensure timely and successful delivery of business development initiatives.
About you
We are looking for a commercial background with a degree in Finance or Business administration and at least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably within the wind energy industry.
You are able to drive initiatives and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong analytical capabilities
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
