As an Account Manager at EventForce, our tasks will be:
As an Account Manager in the business unit Salgsklar Butik (SKB), you will be responsible for maintaining a high delivery quality for your customers, consisting of providing external staff, to refill goods at night. With reference to the Business Unit Manager, it will be your task to ensure customer satisfaction through the management of well-run processes and motivated employees. Your team consists of 5-7 area managers, each of whom is responsible for their employees and 2-6 stores.
- Daily management and coaching of your team.
- Hire employees for your team and retain them through good management.
- Be part of the daily support and ensure that the customers have a good experience.
- Responsibility for your own customers - including, planning, budgeting, and follow-up on KPIs.

It is a great advantage if you have knowledge of the retail sector and its players, as you must be able to dialogue directly with the top management of the companies in your portfolio, where you act as a helpful and serious sparring partner regarding their service needs. You see the potential in the changing agenda of the retail market, and you want to help strengthen your customers' presence.
- You are responsible, conscientious, and good at communicating.
- You are a people- and result oriented person, with an eye for detail.
- You are flexible, ready for change and good at following up.
- You are used to leading and coordinating people at several levels.
- Your customer service skills are superior, and you have a customer centric mindset.
- You have the possibility and the will to adapt your day after the season and the current demand.
- We are truly a company with an international mindset. So, you can communicate without problems in English + Danish or Rumanian. Any other languages are an advantage.
- You have a B-driving license.
Your opportunities in the job:
You will be part of an organization with a flat structure and down-to-earth corporate culture, where you will have the opportunity to use your experience from retail, without covering the store's opening hours. The employment is an average of 37 hours/week, varying by season and you will be part of the department's support phone. The head office is located in Aalborg, so you can advantageously live around here, or, like your other colleagues, work from home and meet in Aalborg approx. once a week. There will be travel days in connection with the job where you drive the company car.
